  • #vegan snacks = #beetroothummus with carrot and celery stix. Beetroot hummus is amazingly tasty and if you make your own, wear disposable gloves. Beetroot is super messy and stains easily. It's worth it though 4 beetroot, peeled, cubed and roasted till soft 4 cloves of garlic, minced 1 tsp cumin Salt and pepper Juice of half a lemon Drizzle of olive oil 1 tin chickpeas, drained and rinsed Toss it all into a blender and whrrrrrrrrrr till a smooth paste.
